Young Learners to Benefit from Renovated ECD Center
More than 200 pre-school learners are set to have a better learning environment after the NCCK renovated the Yaana ECD Center.
Exuberant parents and local government officials who attended the commissioning of the facility commended the NCCK for continued betterment of the lives of children in Ikutha area, Kitui County.
The renovation of the ECD (Early Childhood Development) Center is part of the Kitui Child Centered Community Development project, that is supported by the Help A Child Africa (HACA).
“Thank you for giving our children the best start in life by supporting quality education in our area”, said Mary Nguna, the Ikutha Sub County ECD Coordinator. She further commended NCCK for training ECD teachers and providing learning materials and desks to the learners.
